On the other hand, having good posture, especially while working, can make your healthier.
One of the things you can do, while looking at a computer or a cellphone, is to look straight ahead, and read at eye level. If you bend your neck to read, this can cause text neck syndrome, and be a cause of pain. Many computer companies make monitors that can be raised higher for this purpose.
